Levy Override Town Hall Meeting
Want to learn more about the proposed levy override? Join us for a town hall meeting at Fire Station 3 on Spirit Lake Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake.
Our community requires additional funding for the safety of the public and its firefighters. Emergency call volume is increasing as our population grows. More calls mean added costs, and those costs continue to climb. Revenue is not keeping up with the demand for and the cost of providing services. This levy is the primary funding source for fire and emergency medical services provided by the Fire District.
Please visit our levy page for detailed information regarding the levy override.
